1) Pour a small amount of soy sauce into the little dish.
2) Dip only the top part of the Sushi (not the rice) into the soy sauce. For the roll Sushi, it's O.K. to dip the rice part.
3) Eat the roll Sushi in one bite and the Nigiri Sushi in one or two bites.
4) Eat a small piece of pickled ginger between each piece of Sushi to clean your palette.
